Qualifications for Membership

A. ACTIVE - An active member in good standing is one who is currently employed in providing activities in nursing homes, retirement homes, senior centers, adult day cares or assisted living

OR

An active member in good standing who is employed as an activity consultant and/or educators in the field of activities whose is the geriatric population AND having had a minimum of one (1) years experience in providing activities programming.

B. ASSOCIATE - An Associate member in good standing is one not meeting the criteria for active membership but having an interest in or being supportive of the activity profession.

C. Membership is not transferable or assignable
